José Manuel Baltar

José Manuel Baltar is a Spanish politician and member of the People's Party (PP), who served as the president of the Diputación Provincial of Ourense. He has recently been in the news following a Supreme Court conviction for reckless driving, having been caught driving over 200 kilometers per hour in a government vehicle. Despite this conviction, the PP has defended his position as a senator, arguing that it does not warrant his dismissal.
