José Miguel Carvajal

José Miguel Carvajal is an investigator at the Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura (Incopesca), where he focuses on marine research. His recent work contributed to the identification of a new ghost shark species in the Pacific Ocean, expanding knowledge of Central America's deep-sea biodiversity.
