José Orozco

José Orozco is a Peruvian-Canadian musician and humanitarian who founded the charity Purinapaq, which supplies wheelchairs to people in Peru and Cuba. After arriving in Canada as a refugee in 1994 and experiencing life with a disability following a serious construction accident, he became dedicated to improving the lives of others with similar challenges. His organization has successfully sent nearly 40 containers of mobility aids, emphasizing the importance of accessibility and community support.
