José Paulo Vieira de Mello
José Paulo Vieira de Mello, also known by the alias Paulo Seco, is a Brazilian drug trafficker linked to the notorious Comando Vermelho criminal organization. He was active in Uruguay for two years, during which he operated a narcotics network with connections to Bolivia and Paraguay. His activities came to an end in June 2010 when he was arrested by the Antidrug Brigade. After his capture, he was extradited to Brazil, where he faced charges related to his involvement in organized crime.
