José Soroka

José Soroka is the president of the Club Guaraní de Fram, a sports entity in Paraguay that recently received significant financial support from the National Sports Secretariat (SND) for projects aimed at improving its facilities. He is also known for his familial connections to Paraguayan politics, being the brother of a senator.
