José Villalobos López

José Villalobos López, a 31-year-old resident of Golfito, Costa Rica, was recently detained by the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) as the sixth Costa Rican to be extradited, following a request from Panamanian authorities. His arrest stems from a 2016 incident in which he was apprehended in Panamanian waters aboard the vessel María de Los Ángeles II, which was carrying 500 packages of cocaine.
