José Vizcarra

José Vizcarra is a retired general of the Peruvian Army who was involved in the high-profile corruption scandal during the presidency of Pedro Castillo. He was removed from his position as a result of allegations regarding the manipulation of military promotions, which implicated several officials, including former Defense Minister Walter Ayala.
