Josef Kolosky

Josef Kolosky serves as the Director of the Office of School Approval and Opportunity in North Dakota's Department of Public Instruction, where he focuses on educational policy and international relations. He accompanied Superintendent Kirsten Baesler on a visit to Taiwan, which aimed at increasing educational exchanges and cooperation between North Dakota and Taiwan.
