Josef Strauss

Josef Strauss was an Austrian composer and conductor, and the younger brother of Johann Strauss II. He was known for his contributions to the genre of waltz music and was part of the Strauss family legacy that dominated the Viennese music scene in the 19th century. His works, although overshadowed by his brother, played a significant role in the development of the waltz as a popular dance form.
