Joseph Abanza

Joseph Abanza is the father of Baby Samantha Pendo, a six-month-old girl who was killed during the violent clashes in Kisumu in 2017. He has been vocal in seeking justice for his daughter, recently commending the judiciary for the prosecution of four police officers linked to her death, but also expressing frustration over the withdrawal of charges against additional officers.
