Joseph Babari

Joseph Babari, a 27-year-old man from Taraba State, was arrested by the Gombe State Police for being contracted to fight in Plateau State. He was apprehended while traveling with a locally fabricated automatic rifle and ammunition, having allegedly been paid N180,000 for a two-month assignment as a fighter.
