Joseph Gulotta

Joseph Gulotta is the Chief of Transit for the New York City Police Department (NYPD), responsible for overseeing safety and security in the city’s subway system. Recently, he accompanied Mayor Eric Adams and U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy on a tour of the subway to address rising crime rates and discuss strategies for improving public safety in transit.
