Joseph Mosen, a resident of Christchurch, was sentenced for filming upskirt videos of women in public places, including during his employment as a security guard at a music festival. His actions were premeditated and involved over 30 intimate recordings of approximately 40 women, leading to significant emotional harm for his victims.
