Joseph Muindi Tevulo is the former Head of Supply Chain Management at the Trans Nzoia County Government, who was recently found guilty by the High Court of engaging in fraudulent tender processes, specifically related to the renovation of Kenyatta Municipal Stadium, and ordered to refund over Sh25.3 million to the government.
