Joseph Yonkpa

Joseph Yonkpa is a youth leader in the Irigwe community and serves as the National Publicity Secretary of the Irigwe Youth Movement. He was in the news for confirming the tragic killings of three individuals in the Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.
