Josiah K. Kpannah

Josiah K. Kpannah is the Chairman of the Veteran ELWA Old Timers Association (VEOTA), a grassroots organization in Liberia that addresses social issues, including drug abuse. Recently, he led a community initiative promoting anti-drug awareness, emphasizing the collective responsibility of citizens to combat the drug crisis, which has been declared a national emergency by the government.
