Joso Hrgović

Joso Hrgović is a Croatian war hero known for his courageous role as a pilot during the Croatian War of Independence. Initially serving in the Yugoslav People's Army, he defected to support the emerging Croatian Air Force, where he conducted critical supply missions to the besieged city of Vukovar. His bravery and commitment to saving lives through the delivery of medical supplies and later combat missions have made him a symbol of heroism in Croatian military history.
