Jovana de la Cruz

Jovana de la Cruz is a talented Peruvian marathon runner who recently achieved victory at the 2025 Maratón de Chile. Starting her athletic journey at the age of 11 in Huancavelica, her potential was recognized early on by her physical education teacher, leading her to train under the guidance of a coach who also mentored Inés Melchor, another prominent figure in Peruvian athletics.
