Joyce Puchalski

Joyce Puchalski, 53, is the founder of the NGO Emergência Animal and a local resident dedicated to the welfare of the feline population on Ilha Furtada, where she manages efforts to provide food and medical assistance to the more than 700 cats abandoned on the island.
