Juan Carlos Domingo Prono Toñánez is a Paraguayan businessman who served as the president and legal representative of HLB Pharma Group Paraguay SA, a company under investigation for its alleged involvement in the production of contaminated fentanyl. He is also known to be the brother of Raúl Prono Toñánez, a lawyer with ties to former Paraguayan president Horacio Cartes.
