Juan Carlos González Salinas is a seasoned traffic management professional from the Alto Paraná department, with 30 years of experience in the Patrulla Caminera. Recently appointed as the new director of Transit in Ciudad del Este, he was brought in to address the operational challenges following a chaotic period marked by a significant reduction in staff and planning issues.
