Juan Carlos Valle

Juan Carlos Valle is the mayor of Yapacaní, Bolivia. He is currently in the news for advocating for a disaster declaration in response to severe flooding caused by heavy rains, which have affected over 40 communities and necessitated the evacuation of families.
