Juan Daniel Torrado

Juan Daniel Torrado is an inspector of works for the Consorcio Inges & M2020, a firm contracted to conduct a bathymetric study in the region of Santa Rosa de Loreto, Peru. He was recently in the news due to his detention alongside a topographer, Carlos Sánchez, as they were accused of conducting unauthorized topographical studies on disputed territory, raising tensions between Peru and Colombia.
