Juan de la Rosa

Juan de la Rosa is the delegate of Urbanism for the City Council of Seville, responsible for overseeing the development and construction of housing projects, including the controversial Viviendas de Protección Oficial (VPO) in the Cruz del Campo neighborhood. He has defended the pricing of these new homes as being significantly lower than those in the free market, attributing the high costs to increased material and construction expenses.
