Juan Elicio Fierro

Juan Elicio Fierro is a Spanish politician and member of the People's Party (PP), known for his role as a councilor in Ponferrada. He gained notoriety for his controversial testimony during the trial of Ismael Álvarez, the former mayor convicted of harassment, where he accused the victim, Nevenka Fernández, of 'performing theatre' and criticized her appearance on the day of her denunciation.
