Juan Francisco Ángeles González

Juan Francisco Ángeles González is a 67-year-old fisherman and wild game hunter from Pedernales, Dominican Republic. He made headlines recently after being reported missing for three days during Storm Melissa. Rescued by a brigade from the Civil Defense and assisted by the Dominican Army, he was found safe in the forests between Odin and Trudillet. Despite the challenging conditions, he managed to survive by foraging on local fruit. Following his rescue, he was taken for a medical check-up and found to be in good health.
