Juan José Raffo

Juan José Raffo is a former police commissioner from Santa Fe, Argentina, who gained notoriety for his involvement with the notorious drug gang Los Monos. After being convicted in 2018 and subsequently released on probation in 2019, Raffo became a fugitive in March 2023. He was recently discovered living in a luxury apartment in La Boca, Buenos Aires, where he was allegedly involved in the counterfeit clothing trade while hiding from law enforcement.
