Juan Manuel Alfonso Rodríguez is a third-generation baker and pastry chef at the Artiaga bakery in Saavedra, Argentina. Growing up surrounded by family tradition since 1931, he has become known for his artisanal pastries, particularly the beloved rosca de Pascua. His expertise was recognized when he won the Argentine Panettone Championship in 2021 and subsequently placed second in the world championship in Italy.
