Juan Manuel Zuloaga-Arenas

Juan Manuel Zuloaga-Arenas, a 49-year-old businessman from Mendoza, Argentina, is a partner and manager at Servicios Integrales Morfin, a company based in Godoy Cruz that provides entertainment services to restaurants and bars. Recently, he was detained in Miami along with four other Argentine tourists for allegedly stealing merchandise valued at around $2,000 from various retail stores in Dolphin Mall.
