Juan Pablo Acosta

Juan Pablo Acosta is the president of the Asociación de Transportadores de Pasajeros (ATPA) and has been vocal about the severe impacts that the recent armed strike by the ELN in Chocó has had on intermunicipal passenger transport. He highlighted that the situation has led to significant economic losses, affecting approximately 60 daily trips and around 1500 passengers, while calling on the national government to ensure the safety and viability of public transport in the region.
