Juan Ramón Morillas Rosa, a Spanish national, was identified as the leader of the criminal organization 'Los Depredadores del Oriente,' which was involved in the illegal trafficking of wildlife in Iquitos, Peru. He was apprehended by the Peruvian National Police during a joint operation that led to the rescue of over 5,000 animals, including capybaras, monkeys, and sloths.
