Juan Santiago Mangini

Juan Santiago Mangini, also known as 'Capitán Pepe', was the head of intelligence for the ERP. He played a central role in interrogating Rafael Jesús Ranier following the betrayal that led to the Monte Chingolo disaster, and was one of the key figures in the organization's military strategy during its operations.
