Juana Sotz

Juana Sotz is the Director General of Employment at the Ministry of Labor in Guatemala. She is actively involved in initiatives to enhance employment opportunities in the construction sector, particularly for individuals returning from the United States. Recently, she played a key role in organizing a job fair in Plaza de la Constitución, where multiple companies offered around a thousand job positions in various construction-related roles.
