Jugoslav Raicsevics

Jugoslav Raicsevics is a former member of the Special Operations Support Group of the Police Directorate in Montenegro, who faced accusations of torturing Jovan Mrvaljevic during his detention. He was suspended alongside his colleague Petar Lazovics, but both were acquitted of the charges in July 2023 due to insufficient evidence.
