Julián Campos Giraldo

Julián Campos Giraldo was a young medical professional from Cali, who served as a physician for the National Penitentiary Institute (Inpec) at the Villahermosa prison. Tragically, he was murdered by hitmen while driving in his vehicle in Cali, amidst a backdrop of escalating violence and criminal disputes linked to prison factions.
