Julian McMahon was an Australian actor born on July 27, 1968, in Sydney, Australia. He gained fame for his roles in both television and film, most notably as Dr. Doom in 'Fantastic Four' (2005) and its sequel, as well as for his portrayal of Christian Troy in the critically acclaimed series 'Nip/Tuck' (2003-2010), which earned him a Golden Globe nomination. McMahon began his career in the late 1980s with Australian soap operas before moving to the United States and furthering his success in Hollywood. He also starred in 'FBI: Most Wanted' as Jess LaCroix, a role he held until 2022. Julian passed away at the age of 56 after a private battle with cancer, as confirmed by his wife, Kelly McMahon.
