He has a long history of violent crimes, including homicide, illegal possession of firearms, and money laundering. Biron was on the run since 2024, with a Red Notice issued by Interpol in 196 countries. He was recently captured in Bolivia while using false identification documents, and upon confirmation of his identity, he faced multiple outstanding arrest warrants and a lengthy prison sentence for the murder of photographer José Gustavo Bertuol Gargioni in 2015.
