Julien Beltrandi

Julien Beltrandi is a political science student at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and a young delegate from Monaco. He recently gained attention for participating in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, where he advocated for increased youth engagement in politics. His mission focuses on helping young people in Monaco better understand their local institutions and encouraging their active participation in civic matters.
