Julieta Villalba

Julieta Villalba is a mother and university student from Asunción, Paraguay, who recently brought attention to alleged irregularities in the socioeconomic evaluation process conducted by the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas (INE) for government scholarships. Despite meeting the required criteria for her son's scholarship application, including passing the written exam, Villalba reported experiencing mistreatment during the evaluation process and claimed that inconsistencies in their living situation were improperly assessed. Her complaints, along with those of 349 others, were part of a significant controversy surrounding the government's scholarship program.
