Julio Alfredo Espejo Quevedo

Julio Alfredo Espejo Quevedo is a forensic handwriting expert who has been practicing since 1992. He has a background in criminalistics from the National Police Institute of Peru and has been registered as a judicial expert with the Superior Court of Lima since 2008. Recently, he was in the news for conducting an analysis of the authenticity of signatures on letters and a supreme decree related to Peruvian President Dina Boluarte, concluding that the signature on the decree did not match Boluarte's verified signature.
