Julio César Mendoza

Julio César Mendoza is the attorney representing Patricia Muriano, the former assistant to Peruvian President Dina Boluarte. He has publicly denied allegations made by Muriano regarding the falsification of signatures on several supreme decrees, asserting that she did not claim any such misconduct occurred. Mendoza maintains that while Muriano's voice is present in an audio recording discussing her experiences related to Boluarte's surgery, she believes the audio has been manipulated and taken out of context.
