Julio César Ortega

Julio César Ortega, 33, was recently arrested by the National Police in connection with the violent robbery of a motorcycle from a woman in Caacupé, Paraguay. He is alleged to be one of the assailants involved in the crime, which took place on the evening of a rainy Monday, where the victim was threatened with a knife during the attack. Authorities have conducted intelligence operations leading to his capture, but his accomplice remains at large, and the stolen motorcycle has not yet been recovered.
