Julio Luthold

Julio Luthold is a Paraguayan entrepreneur based in France, known for his efforts in promoting Paraguayan cuisine abroad. He has actively participated in culinary fairs, such as the 'Village International de la Gastronomie' at the Eiffel Tower, where he showcases traditional dishes like asaditos and sopa paraguaya. Luthold previously owned the only Paraguayan restaurant in Paris, which he sold in December 2022, but he continues to represent his country through these international events, aiming to raise awareness and appreciation for Paraguayan culture and food.
