Julio Postigo

Julio Postigo was the owner of the Primera Iglesia Evangélica Dominicana and creator of the 'Pensamiento Dominicano' collection. In the 1940s, he opened the church's library to Spanish refugees, allowing them to read without the necessity of purchasing books.
