Julio Rangel Chávez

With over 20 years of experience, he began his career at the age of 16 and was recognized as one of the first male independent makeup artists in Ecuador. He trained in Brazil and later founded his own makeup school, which received official recognition from the country's educational authorities. Rangel passed away at the age of 38, leaving behind a legacy in the beauty and entertainment industries.
