Julius Brummelman

Julius Brummelman is a Dutch-born environmentalist and self-taught filmmaker who has made a significant impact in Ireland through his passion for forestry and bushcraft. Having grown up in a woodland environment in the Netherlands, he developed a deep connection with nature, which he now combines with practical forestry techniques and sustainable practices in Ireland. Brummelman, qualified as a registered forester, is actively involved in converting monoculture plantations into mixed woodlands, promoting agroforestry, and encouraging farmers to integrate trees into their agricultural practices.
