Jum Riang

Jum Riang is a high-ranking official in the Cambodian police force, currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police. He has been actively involved in cross-border law enforcement cooperation, particularly in combating crime syndicates operating in Cambodia. Recently, he was in the news for coordinating a successful operation that led to the rescue of 215 individuals, including 109 Thai nationals, from a call center gang operating in Poipet, Cambodia. This operation was part of a larger effort to address the issues related to online scams and human trafficking in the region.
