June Evans

June Evans, 67, from Llandrindod Wells, Wales, has been a participant in a pioneering pain management programme run by the Welsh National Opera. Living with serious health conditions, including a heart condition, she found that the programme, which incorporates singing and breathing exercises, significantly improved her quality of life and helped her manage her chronic pain.
