Junior Xukuru

Junior Xukuru is an advisor to the president of the Confederação Nacional dos Agricultores Familiares e Empreendedores Familiares Rurais (Conafer) and has been in the news for promoting the entity's intention to operate as a representative agency of the INSS (Instituto Nacional de Seguridade Social) in remote communities, despite the organization's ongoing investigation for fraudulent activities.
