Jurček Nowakk

Jurček Nowakk is the head of the InPlaninec committee, which operates under the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS). He recently led an extraordinary expedition where 41 members, including individuals with disabilities using wheelchairs, successfully reached the western peak of Breithorn, marking a significant achievement in inclusivity in mountaineering. Under his leadership, the team made history by being the first Slovenian expedition to involve wheelchair users on a glacier and at altitudes above 3000 meters, earning him recognition with a national award for volunteering.
